Hard Work and Dedication
Chef Manolo sought out the relevant experts in the field to coach him and he put in thousands of hours competing and experimenting throughout the East Coast until he could deliver the goods onto the shelves of the only grocer he trusted, Whole Foods Markets. Now people can’t seem to get enough of the Original Spiced Cinnamon or the Roasted Sweet Potato Recipes.

Healthy meal alternatives are what we all want. Sadly, processed foods, refined sugar and meat-based meals are much easier to find. Like families everywhere, Chef Manolo, a vegetarian, was constantly looking for a great solution. Unsatisfied with what he found, Chef Manolo decided to create his own options–tinkering to create the tastiest, most nutritious meals he could for his family.
